Sunsella Dough/Pastry Blender

 I absolutely love this Dough/Pastry Blender. It is made of high quality stainless steal and feel sturdy, even with the thickest and toughest of doughs. I use this all the time to blend my biscuit dough and it makes my crusts perfect every time. The blades are not sharp to the touch which is nice because some are if you accidentally slide a finger across the "blade". I have used this for eggs and to make bread crumbs as well and it made them perfectly. It is much easier than cutting in shortening/butter with a fork and it cuts the eggs more evenly than when I used a fork so I can make the perfect egg salad, potato salad, or macaroni salad every time. (no huge or tiny chunks)

This blender is extremely easy to wash. When I use it for my baking such as biscuits or pie crusts I just rinse it in super hot water after using it and then wipe off any excess when I am done and it is clean and ready for the next use. I keep this easily in my utensils drawer as it isn't super bulky like other blenders can be. I definitely recommend adding this to the kitchen tools in your kitchen, it is well worth the money.
