This book by Jonathon Vine is a great compliment to the Vegetarian Quick and Easy-Under 15 Minutes book he has written. It offers 50 or more vegetarian recipes bound to help encourage weight loss along with a ton of reasons and tips/ideas about how and why to go vegetarian. It is a wealth of information from why to go vegetarian to easy to make, delicious recipes. So far I have lost five pounds using this book and it's recipes on about a 50% basis. (I am working into it so I don't go back to crazy cravings and unhealthy eating....or, well, withdrawal) It is a great read and full of great information and easy to follow steps to take the next step to a healthy, energy packed life.
I have been working my way into a Vegetarian Diet for a while now and am currently 50% there. This book has gone a long way to help me get there. (try I went from 0-50% in a week and continue to change my diet every day more and more) This book doesn't just offer a ton of great, healthy vegetarian food and recipes, but it addresses how to become a vegetarian, how it can offer more energy and help lose weight, what to expect, and why to approach this way of life. It is a wealth of information and though easy to read can easily take a few days to read to wrap the mind all the way around the concept of going vegetarian.
