Argan Oil: Quick Guide for Best Uses of Argan Oil for Hair, Skin, and Nails

Argan Oil:  Quick Guide to Best Uses  of Argan for Hair, Skin, and Nails is an extremely easy read. At only 444 pages, this book is well written and easy to read. It took only about an hour to get through, but it is a book that can be used over an over again with it's tips about use for different things such as skin, hair, and nails and the chapter full of all natural DIY mask recipes.

This book not only gives useful ways to use Argan oil and DIY mask recipes. It begins, well, at the start of Argan Oil. If you didn't know what it was, where it comes from, or how it's process before, after you read the first chapter of this useful little e-book, you will! Not only that, but it gives the full history of Argan oil. It's origins, how it was first made, why it was first made, and how the processing of Argan Oil from the nuts of the Argan tree.

Something else I love about this e-book is, before it even gets into the many uses of Argan Oil, it gives helpful tools and tips to choosing a pure, high quality oil, so you don't end up wasting your money by buying one that isn't what is advertised. (for example: some oils advertise themselves as 100% Pure Moroccan Oil, yet have added oils (cheaper, lower quality oils), silicone bases, or preservatives)

I can't end this review before telling you about my favorite part of this e-book. My favorite part, by far, is the chapter on Hair and Skin DIY Argan Oil Masks. I love the Exfoliating Argan Oil Face Mask (3tbsp fresh milk, one egg white, 1tbsp Argan oil, and 2tbsp sugar), it is simple to make and contains ingredients I have readily available in my kitchen, at just about any time. (What, haven't you ever forgotten to buy sugar? LOL)  Another one I really like is the Argan Oil and Egg Hair mask (2 egg yolks, 2tbsp honey, 1tbsp Argan Oil). It is easy to make and also to use and leaves hair soft and  nourished. It takes dry, brittle hair and gives it new life and does wonders on split ends. There are way more masks in the book to try and there are even options for specific skin types such as Dry, Oily, Normal, or Combination skin.

Oh-another topic before I go!! ;) This book has a full section on celebrities who love Argan oil, how they use it, what they have to say about it and at the very end it has a special bonus for you! (I can't say what-that would ruin the surprise!) This book is a must have for anyone who uses Argan Oil, wants to use Argan Oil, or isn't sure what it's used for or how to use it. It is completely worth the few dollars and the time it takes to read it!
